To Our Valued Customers,

We’d like to inform you of the protocols which will be put into place for the 2020 pool season. The state of Connecticut has deemed swimming pool companies to be an essential business. We will still be able to service your pools and spas, however we will not be able to permit any customers entering our Burlington, CT retail store. 
 
With regards to the opening and servicing of your pools and spas, we are scheduling and sending out our service technicians as we normally do, however we must request that a safe social distance between homeowners and customers is enforced. We ask that for any service or maintenance call, all necessary equipment must be left out and accessible to our technicians, and a source of power and water must be made accessible as well. If we run into a problem which requires communicating with a homeowner, we will call to discuss.
 
Regarding our retail store, we will be open during our regular business hours, and we will still be able to test water, sell chemicals and products, and answer your questions.  We require that all customers where face coverings and/or wait outside in their vehicles, and if necessary we will communicate with you via phone or at a safe distance from your vehicle. Call us in the store if you would like to do curbside.
 
As state and federal restrictions change, so too may these protocols.

Our phones may be very busy, so please be patient and understanding that we are trying to meet the demands of these restrictions while providing you with the same level of service and expertise.
 
The Center for Disease Control (CDC) continues to report that there is no evidence that COVID-19 can be spread to humans using pools and hot tubs. Proper operation, maintenance, and disinfection (e.g., with chlorine and bromine) of pools and hot tubs should remove or inactivate the virus that causes COVID-19.
